Any data you provide about yourself, and any information which identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, will only be retained by us if you tell us that we can do so. Of course, you might choose not to, however this means that we may not be able to provide you with the full details of demonstrations in your area. In the event of a personal sitting we collect your personal home address in a private sitting just for the disclaimer purposes. Your address is never linked in anyway with the internet and is disposed of safely by shredding after a period of time. If you have agreed by ticking the yes to a mailshot we then add your name and email address only not your home address.
All data from demonstrations on the raffle stubs collected on the evening are for “When’s Bernie Back” only. It explained on the evening of the demonstration why we collect and you are given an option just before the draw to retrieve your email address before we leave.
Mailing List
Those who have registered to our newsletter service by email or any other means will be able to unsubscribe at any time. You will see an option to ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email we send you. Once unsubscribed your email will be removed from our database.
What we use your data for
If you’ve given us permission, we hold your data on system and use it for operational purposes, such as sending you information via electronic mail upcoming events..
Sharing your data
We will never share your data without your permission and you can withdraw your permission at any time.
We never Sell or rent your private information to any third party.

We also use Clicky, Google and webs analytics. These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve our website. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, how visitors have come to the site and the pages they have visited.
